Eric Anderson
Eric Anderson is a licensed Minnesota attorney and also a family law mediator (Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice).

Eric has been a Minnesota attorney since 2008, after graduating with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to opening his law office, Eric was the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Krista K. Martin in Pine County, Minnesota, working extensively on family law, civil, and criminal matters.
Eric maintains two other websites, The Probate Estate and Minnesota Divorce and Custody. These websites are devoted to providing the public with practical information related to probate, estate planning, divorce, and child custody in Minnesota. "The Probate Estate" was recently named a Top 25 Minnesota Blawg (Law Blog) by the editors of the MSBA's Practice Law. Eric also serves as a volunteer attorney for the Wills for Heroes program and the Volunteer Lawyers Network Family Law Clinic. He is also an alumni/attorney mentor for first-year students at William Mitchell College of Law.
Eric earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Saint John's University in 2005. He grew up in Mahtomedi, Minnesota, and now lives with his wife and their dog in the eastern Twin Cities suburbs, working primarily out of his downtown White Bear Lake office. In his spare time, Eric enjoys reading and staying active by playing golf, biking, and playing on recreational basketball and soccer teams.
