The list below is only a small sample of the estate planning services that I offer. These are the most basic packages. If you are in need of more robust plans, we will discuss your various options and the related costs.
Simple Estate Plan (no minor children)
- Includes client meetings, drafting and execution of each spouse's Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive
- Does not include tax planning
Simple Estate Plan (with minor children)
- Includes client meetings, drafting and execution of each spouse's Will, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directive, plus Contingent Minor Trust (in case both parents pass away prior to children turning 18)
- Does not include tax planning
Power of Attorney or Health Care Directive
- Includes consultation and drafting/executing the document
