Post-Divorce Disputes
Once the Court enters an Order in a divorce or a family law matter, it expects the Order to be followed. However, disputes often arise over things such as child custody, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance (alimony), or enforcement of a property settlement. Generally, one party feels that the other party is not following the Order and wants help enforcing that Order. There are many rules to be aware of when navigating these disputes.
I can help you solve your problems in several ways. I can represent you as your Attorney: give you legal advice, help you file court motions, and advocate for you in front of the court. I can also act as a neutral Mediator, serving to facilitate an agreement between you and the opposing party.
