Billing
Billing Philosophy
I believe that the legal process should be accessible to everyone, especially for what I consider to be necessary services such as probate, estate planning, and family law matters. Therefore, I charge a fair and reasonable rate that also reflects the high value and quality of the legal services I provide. I firmly believe in the predictability of legal fees and so I offer flat-fee arrangements whenever possible. Much of my job entails helping you plan for the future and part of that process is helping you avoid unexpected and unforeseen costs. Effective and prudent planning requires knowledge of both current and future expenses, and legal fees should be no different.
